Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission required.
• Experience in insurance defense law.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and extensive due diligence.
• Provide legal advice to clients on all aspects of insurance defense law.
• Review, modify, and create contracts relating to insurance defense law.
• Prepare for and attend legal proceedings.
• Negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records.
• Supervise paralegals and administrative assistants.
