Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Payroll Lead (EMEA) for a 12-month fixed-term contract to oversee regional payroll transformations across Poland, the UK, Germany, and Ireland, while supporting day-to-day operations. The role is remote with travel as needed to key sites.

You will manage vendor transitions, legal entity changes, and process improvements from planning through go-live, partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Six or more years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-country or regional payroll delivery.
• Experience leading payroll vendor transitions, payroll implementations, and legal entity changes.
• Proven project management across planning, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Knowledge of payroll operations, controls, and compliance across EMEA.
• Experience with payroll providers and HR systems such as HRIS, time systems, and data interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional payroll initiatives across EMEA, including vendor transitions and payroll implementations.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery: scope, requirements, design, plans, governance, timelines, testing, cutover, go-live, stabilization.
• Coordinate vendor implementation activities: data readiness, configuration review, integration, and production readiness.
• Maintain project artifacts: plans, risk registers, test evidence, and contingency plans.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and external providers to align on outcomes.
• Provide payroll operational support and escalation assistance to Senior Payroll Analysts.
