Lever, Inc. in Poland is seeking a Patient Onboarding Agent (Customer Support) to guide patients through onboarding for at-home sleep testing and oral appliance treatment.

This remote, contract role requires managing 100+ patient caseloads, coordinating telehealth scheduling, impression kit delivery, and manufacturing handoff. You will communicate across phone, SMS, and email, maintain accurate records in Salesforce, and protect patient privacy under HIPAA.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year in customer or patient support, call center, or similar role.
• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or e-commerce is a plus.
• Ability to de-escalate challenging situations, including cancellations or billing concerns.
• Strong written and spoken English with professional communication across channels.
• Detail-oriented with disciplined documentation of patient information.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.

Mansioni

• Own onboarding journey from purchase to telehealth scheduling and kit delivery.
• Manage a caseload of 100+ patients and prioritize daily activities.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, SMS, and email within SLAs.
• Coordinate with insurance, clinical, sales, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
• Guide patients through impression kit completion and kit returns.
• Handle refunds, cancellations, and billing concerns with professionalism.
• Route medical questions to the clinical team and avoid giving medical advice.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce accurately and promptly.
• Protect patient privacy per HIPAA and related procedures.
• Identify process gaps and report insights to leadership for improvements.
• Deliver services on time, following guidelines and deliverables.
