Shapely is seeking a Sales Specialist - Patient Support Coordinator (Remote, Telehealth) to be the first voice prospective patients hear. You will guide leads through understanding the program, assess eligibility and cost, and schedule initial appointments.

Responsibilities include calling leads, educating them on the physician-led model and GLP-1/GIP medications, explaining insurance basics, and guiding enrollment while managing a CRM pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telesales, or outbound calling with targets.

• Follow up with warm leads to re-engage.
• Coordinate with Prior Authorization and Concierge teams to ensure smooth handoff after enrollment.
• Relay objections, questions, or friction points to leadership to refine messaging.
