Jobgether SRL is recruiting for a Patient Onboarding Agent (Customer Support) based in Poland. This remote, 40-hour-per-week contractor role focuses on guiding patients through onboarding for at-home sleep testing and oral appliance treatment.

You will manage a large caseload, coordinate with insurance, clinical, sales, and manufacturing teams, and ensure accurate documentation in Salesforce while protecting patient privacy under HIPAA.

Formación

• 1+ year in customer/patient support or related role.
• Experience with de-escalation in sensitive conversations (billing/refunds).
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Own patient onboarding journey from purchase to telehealth scheduling and manufacturing handoff.
• Manage a caseload of 100+ patients across onboarding stages.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, SMS, and email within SLAs.
