Job summary

iShare Inc. is seeking a P2P Transformation Consultant to lead end-to-end procurement transformation, optimize processes and drive digital enablement across the organization. You will partner with procurement, finance and technology teams to design future-state operating models and controls.

The role emphasizes automation, analytics and governance, with focus on benefits realization and cost savings through process optimization and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• End-to-end P2P process expertise required.
• Procurement transformation and optimization experience.
• Experience with ERP systems including SAP, Ariba, Oracle or Coupa.
• Strong process mining, analytics and KPI reporting skills.
• Proven stakeholder and project management capabilities.
• Experience with automation, workflow and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assess current P2P processes and identify transformation opportunities.
• Design future-state P2P operating models, policies and controls.
• Lead process improvements across Requisition-to-PO, Invoice-to-Pay, and Vendor Management.
• Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives (Coupa, Oracle, AI/RPA).
• Analyze P2P KPIs, bottlenecks and value-leakage opportunities.
• Support stakeholder management, change management and user adoption.
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SOX controls and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with sourcing, procurement, AP, finance and technology teams.
• Track benefits realization, cost savings and operational improvements.
