Job summary

Arbex Krakow is seeking a P2P SME & Process Owner to lead end-to-end accounts payable and S2P process improvements across regions. You will drive cost efficiencies, standardize processes, and build strong relationships with internal customers.

The role requires a finance or accounting degree, 5+ years AP experience, strong SAP, Ariba/Coupa knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills. A flexible hybrid work model in Krakow is offered.

Qualifications

• Finance or accounting degree required.
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; SAP experience; Coupa/Ariba knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cost efficiencies through continuous improvement in S2P, with focus on Accounts Payable.
• Provide high-quality customer experience across S2P processes globally, especially AP.
• Lead projects and drive changes in S2P and wider business using best-practice opportunities.
• Support as technical and compliance expert in tests and process walkthroughs for S2P (AP).
