Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking an Oracle HCM professional for a remote role in Poland. You will configure Core HR and Learning in Oracle HCM Cloud, manage employee lifecycles, and support data integrations.

The position requires hands-on experience with OTBI/BI Publisher and HDL, plus strong HR process knowledge. You will gather requirements from HR stakeholders, translate them into system configurations, and design reports.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and/or Learning).
• Strong understanding of HR processes: onboarding, offboarding and learning management.
• Hands-on with system configuration in Oracle HCM OTBI and BI Publisher, HDL data migration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR and/or Learning).
• Manage employee and non-worker lifecycle processes.
• Design and support reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Prepare and manage data using HDL; ensure data quality and governance.
• Support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems.
• Lead SIT/UAT cycles, assist cutover, and ensure delivery alignment.
