Job summary

Mirantis is seeking a Marketplace Operations Analyst to own the health and catalog of cloud listings across Mirantis Webstore, AWS Marketplace, and Azure Marketplace. You will manage enterprise Private Offers and coordinate with AWS/Azure partner teams on certifications and metering integrations.

In this role in a B2B enterprise SaaS context, you will drive Jira-based planning, track progress, and ensure timely UAT and release sign-offs. A strong focus on data flows and SOPs will be essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a business analysis or systems analysis role in a B2B sales environment.
• Strong written communication skills—ability to author BRDs, SOPs, status reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Proficiency using Jira for agile sprint/task tracking and Confluence for technical documentation and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Own operational health, listing accuracy, and catalog completeness across Mirantis Webstore and marketplaces.
• Coordinate onboarding, updates, deprecations: pricing, SKUs, licenses, descriptions, and media assets.
• Manage enterprise Private Offer workflows end-to-end: initiation, approval, fulfilment, handoff to Customer Success.
• Maintain a consolidated Jira tracker and drive sprint planning, standups, and delivery cadences.
• Produce BRDs, user stories with acceptance criteria, and data flow diagrams for Eng/QA.
