Job summary

Mirantis is seeking a Business Analyst for Cloud Commerce & SaaS, ideally remote in Poland. You will own the health and listing accuracy across Mirantis Webstore, AWS Marketplace, and Azure Marketplace, manage enterprise private offers, and coordinate onboarding, updates, and deprecations.

You will drive Jira-based delivery, study data flows into NetSuite, and maintain documentation and SOPs. As part of the Business Applications department, you will build Looker/Snowflake dashboards, report

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business analysis, systems analysis, or marketplace operations analyst in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Own operational health across cloud commerce initiatives and marketplaces.
• Coordinate product onboarding, pricing, SKUs, and entitlements for AWS/Azure marketplaces and Mirantis Webstore.
• Lead Jira delivery sprints, RAIDs, and stakeholder updates across the program lifecycle.
• Define test scenarios and coordinate UAT to ensure release readiness.
• Drive process automation with an AI-first mindset and explore automation opportunities.
