Job summary

Mirantis is seeking a Neocloud Service Delivery Manager to lead a global engineering team delivering large-scale infrastructure with high SLA commitments. The role emphasizes end-to-end incident lifecycle ownership, proactive reliability improvements, and strong stakeholder collaboration with customers and Sales.

You will manage 24x7 coverage, track service KPIs, and drive process improvements across monitoring, runbooks, and documentation, while growing the team’s platform operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical operations or managed services teams.
• Strong incident management and escalation leadership.
• Deep understanding of SLA frameworks, reporting, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Neocloud service delivery team ensuring high availability and performance.
• Own the incident lifecycle end-to-end from detection to post-incident review.
• Define and monitor service KPIs and drive continuous improvement across tooling and processes.
• Coordinate 24x7 coverage with a globally distributed team and stakeholders.
• Build onboarding and escalation processes, runbooks, and preparedness practices.
