Job summary

Marriage Reset is seeking a remote, full-time operations professional to own reporting, QA, and funnel builds for our online coaching business. You will manage weekly dashboards, GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels pages, and AI-assisted automation.

You will coordinate video editors and freelancers, maintain a ClickUp workspace, and ensure timely delivery of tasks. Excellent written English and a desire to stay with a company for years are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing operations, campaign operations, or funnel-build roles.
• Experience owning a recurring task, like weekly reports, without reminders.
• Ability to coordinate freelancers or a small creative team to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reporting: weekly dashboards, spend, CPA, opt-in rate, ROAS, win rate, ad counts; monthly funnel summary.
• Systems: manage marketing ClickUp workspace, templates, intake from Slack, asset library.
• Quality control: compliance checks on ads and emails before reaching Head of Growth; maintain launch log.
• Builds: landing pages in GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels; email sequences in ActiveCampaign.
• Video editors: manage briefs, timelines, bonuses; keep projects moving.
• Head of Growth support: track deliverables, schedule meetings, manage access.
• Automation: develop repeatable processes using Claude/AI tools.
