Job summary

Aon is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager, EMEA Activation & Performance to connect regional marketing teams with Global Digital capabilities. This remote role based in Poland offers the flexibility to collaborate across EMEA and globally.

You will coordinate multi-channel campaigns, drive measurement and governance, and partner with Global Digital teams, GCC specialists and agencies to deliver scalable programs while advancing marketing technology and AI enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital marketing across diverse markets and channels.
• Strong data-driven decision making and performance reporting experience.
• Ability to translate regional priorities into activation plans and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the link between EMEA Marketing and Global Digital teams.
