Job summary

Joyteractive Limited is seeking an experienced LiveOps Producer to shape the LiveOps strategy for our mobile puzzle projects. You will own the event calendar, run tests, and interpret results in close collaboration with the product team.

You will define and launch holiday and seasonal events, develop new game formats, analyze metrics, and coordinate with development, art and QA to deliver successful updates. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading LiveOps in mobile games (LiveOps Producer, Senior Game Designer, Product Owner, or similar).
• 3+ years in casual puzzle games.
• Experience with product metrics and A/B testing.
• Understanding of free-to-play mechanics: progression, economy, rewards, monetization.

Responsibilities

• Build the LiveOps direction: define strategy, hypotheses, tests and evaluate results.
• Plan and launch holiday, seasonal, and recurring events; manage the LiveOps calendar.
• Develop new formats and game modes diverging from core gameplay.
• Analyze metrics; run and interpret A/B tests.
• Prepare docs; set tasks for dev, art and QA; review deliverables.
• Define technical requirements for event infrastructure.
• Align LiveOps roadmap with core gameplay with the Product Producer.
• Research competitors and market to propose improvements.
