Hitapps Inc. is seeking a skilled Game Producer to drive the end-to-end production of our puzzle games, from concept to release and ongoing development.

You will lead the game development team and collaborate with design, marketing, and analytics to shape successful products. The role requires a strong portfolio of shipped titles, 5+ years in game development, and excellence in team leadership, LiveOps, and monetization strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in game development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful titles from concept to release.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of LiveOps, monetization, and player retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end production of games, from concept ideation to release and ongoing development.
• Lead and guide the game development team.
• Create gaming products and develop strategies for their growth.
• Identify and implement ways to improve product economics and monetization.
• Launch A/B tests and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate with product analytics and metrics.
