Job summary

OptiPlay is expanding with a dedicated sub-studio and seeks a strong Game Producer to own its pipeline and product vision. You will lead a studio team, drive end-to-end slot development from concept to launch and live-ops, and ensure GLI/BMM certification readiness while aligning with go-to-market strategy.

This remote senior role requires deep iGaming experience, strong math understanding, and the ability to build efficient production pipelines with founders and external partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in iGaming with released slot titles.
• Strong grasp of slot mathematics (RTP, volatility, hit frequency, bonus features).
• Delivery of slot titles from concept to launch in lean environments.
• Experience with GLI/BMM certification processes and regulatory constraints.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive with clear production pipelines.
• Excellent communication with shared tech teams and founders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Drive the entire slot development process from concept to live ops.
• Team Building: Hire and lead a dedicated creative unit including Artists, 2D/Spine Animators, and Game Designers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage workflows with Math designers, Developers, and QA to ensure seamless delivery.
• Roadmap & Strategy: Define and prioritize the studio’s product roadmap aligned with go-to-market strategy.
• Compliance & Certification: Drive GLI/BMM certification readiness and regulatory standards compliance.
• Data & Performance: Set up analytics and KPIs (ARPU, retention, hit rate, GGR per title).
