Scale-X Solutions is seeking a results‑driven LinkedIn Outreach & Cold Email Marketing Specialist. The role focuses on generating and nurturing leads, driving engagement with potential clients, and maintaining a robust pipeline through LinkedIn and other tools.

You will collaborate with the sales team to convert opportunities and optimize outreach strategies. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong B2B and high-ticket sales skills, and the confidence to engage C‑level

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of LinkedIn outreach experience and cold email marketing experience.
• Experience handling multiple high‑ticket accounts/portfolios.
• Comfortable and confident in dealing with C‑level executives.
• Strong sales skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, acquire and nurture leads for the SALES TEAM.
• Manage and grow your own pipeline primarily using LinkedIn and other tools.
• Understand client needs through continuous contact and follow ups.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of our business, offerings, competitors and industry.
