Job summary

Keyrock is seeking a Head of Engineering / Engineering Lead to drive the Options Engineering group. You will lead a team of engineers, shape the trading infrastructure, and advance a Rust-native platform for systematic options trading—covering quoting, execution, pricing, and risk controls.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in systematic trading, expertise in Rust/C/C++, and a proven track record in low-latency environments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in systematic options trading and low-latency trading systems.
• Deep knowledge of automated quoting, execution, pricing, risk controls, and market data workflows.
• Proven ability to lead a technical team and deliver production trading systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Options Engineering team (around 7 engineers).
• Provide technical direction across trading infrastructure, system design, performance, reliability, and risk controls.
• Own and evolve the Rust-native systematic options trading platform.
