Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an experienced L&D Process Manager to lead learning and capability transformation initiatives in a hybrid Katowice role (2 days in office, 3 days remote). You will drive strategy, governance, and delivery across international teams to ensure measurable impact.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in L&D transformations, strong PM experience, expertise with LMS/LXP and digital learning ecosystems, and fluency in English plus German or French.

We’re growing our Business Transformation Delivery practice and are looking for experienced Managers who blend project management discipline with human-centered change expertise to help organizations successfully deliver complex, large-scale transformation programs. We are seeking an experiencedL&D Process Managerwith a strong project management background to lead learning and capability transformation initiatives. You will help clients modernize their Learning & Development ecosystems — from strategy and governance to processes, technology, and learner experience — while ensuring structured delivery and measurable impact.

Your key responsibilities

• LeadL&D transformation projects or workstreamsend-to-end (planning, scope, RAID, budget, quality).
• Design and optimizeend-to-end L&D processes(needs analysis, curriculum governance, delivery, evaluation).
• Support implementation and adoption oflearning platforms(LMS, LXP, skills platforms).
• Developlearning operating models, including roles, vendor governance, and service delivery structures.
• Define and tracklearning effectiveness and adoption KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops to alignlearning strategies with workforce and skills priorities.
• Applyprocess improvement methodsto streamline L&D operations.
• Design training concepts and create learning content(e.g., learning journeys, facilitator guides, participant materials, digital learning assets) tailored to client needs.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops(virtual and in-person) for client audiences, including managers and employees.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 8–10 years of professional experience, including strong exposure toL&D / capability development transformations.
• Solidproject management experiencein complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Practical knowledge oflearning processes, governance, and operating models.
• Experience withlearning technologies(LMS, LXP, digital learning ecosystems).
• Hands-on experience indesigning learning contentand/ordelivering training programsfor professional audiences.
• Ability to connect learning initiatives withskills, workforce planning, and business strategy.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
