Job summary

Flint Group Packaging Solutions is seeking a Back Office Specialist to join the Poland-based Key Accounts team. The role focuses on providing back-office support to Sales and Technical KA managers and centralising price lists and tenders.

You will execute defined sales processes, support day-to-day KA management, and assist in preparing value propositions and presentations for meetings or negotiations. This is a remote/hybrid role with a fixed-term contract until 30.08.2027.

Qualifications

• Back-office support for sales and technical KA teams
• Experience with large data sets and advanced Excel features
• Ability to turn analytical data into clear insights
• Experience writing/desiging customer-facing material is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide back-office support to Sales and Technical KA teams
• Centralise and support price lists and tenders
• Execute defined sales processes to meet targets
• Support Sales in day-to-day management of Key Accounts
• Prepare value propositions and presentations for meetings/negotiations
• Act as a global bridge to Flint Group and regional teams
• Collect/analyze data to guide account strategies
• Prepare and optimise analytical data and monthly reports
