Jobgether SRL is seeking a Junior System Administrator (Monitoring Team) based in Poland. You’ll help maintain health and reliability of products and infrastructure in a monitoring-focused environment, responding to alerts, investigating issues, and elevating incidents as needed.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to Linux and Windows, Grafana, and Zabbix, collaborating with distributed teams and taking ownership of primary duty shifts after onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in system administration, infra monitoring, NOC/duty ops, or related role.
• Confident Linux CLI skills, SSH/VPN access, navigating hosts and running scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Zabbix and Grafana dashboards, metrics, hosts and groups.

Responsabilités

• Monitor health and performance of products and infrastructure; handle 150–250 alerts per shift.
• Investigate alerts using Grafana dashboards, Zabbix metrics, and runbooks.
• Resolve issues or escalate to relevant teams per procedures.
• Follow runbooks and operational instructions for first-level troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers and investigate common infra issues.
• Support senior admins during day-to-day operations and incidents.
• Take ownership of primary duty shifts after onboarding; work with distributed team.
