Qualifications

• Proven CRO results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels.
• Think about the full user journey, not just landing pages or single funnels.
• AI-native workflow: actively integrate AI into daily process and decision making.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility to create compelling, scalable visuals.
• Bias for shipping: ship multiple tests quickly with iterative improvements.
• Analytical depth across tools like Mixpanel, GA, GrowthBook, etc.
• Self-driven, proactive, and fully accountable for outcomes.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → test → rollout.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation.
• Perform deep funnel and product analysis across the full user journey and benchmark competitors.
• Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs; build in Next.js and TailwindCSS.
• Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and rapid deployment.
• Analyze results with statistical rigor and decide on scalable moves.
• Document learnings and maintain a prioritized testing roadmap.
• Present insights clearly to stakeholders to drive alignment and momentum.
