Job summary

RateHawk is seeking a Junior Account Manager for Central and Eastern Europe. This remote role is open to candidates in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Hungary.

You will nurture relationships with travel partners, support growth opportunities, and promote the client’s brand in the travel trade sector. Responsibilities include partner engagement, training, reporting, and payment oversight, with a focus on data-driven decisions and strong collaboration with sales and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of successful experience in account or customer management in B2B travel or related sector.
• Knowledge of the region's travel market and B2B networks (tours, agencies, OTAs).
• Fluent in English and either Polish, Lithuanian or Latvian.
• Travel up to 10% may be required.
• Data-driven, metrics-focused with strong analytical skills.
• Proactive, ambitious, adaptable and team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new partners to boost performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities in the defined territory.
• Provide system training and drive partner platform utilization.
• Promote client brand at industry events and presentations.
• Resolve incident-related matters and ensure timely communication between parties.
• Oversee client payment processes and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Prepare reports using the client's CRM and internal tools with insights on partner activities and market trends.
