Job summary

RateHawk is seeking a Junior Account Manager for Central and Eastern Europe to maintain and grow partner relationships across Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Hungary. This IC role offers remote work with a focus on developing our local market presence and collaborating with the sales team to identify growth opportunities.

You will handle partner communications, training on our platforms, and reporting on activity and market trends, while representing RateHawk at industry events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in account or customer management, or in business development for B2B companies within the travel industry.
• Understanding of the region's travel market, including B2B travel networks (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs).
• Fluent in English, and either Lithuanian, Latvian or Polish; other languages are advantageous.
• Up to 10% travel time may be required.
• Data-driven, metrics-oriented, and comfortable with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop collaborative relationships with existing and newly contracted partners to increase performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities and understand partner needs.
• Provide system training and improve partner understanding and utilization of platforms.
• Promote the client’s brand in the travel trade through product presentations and events.
• Advise on incident-related matters and facilitate timely communication between parties.
