Zusammenfassung

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Warsaw seeks an experienced AEM Architect to lead design and governance of enterprise-scale Adobe solutions across AEM Sites, Assets, and Multi Site Manager, including AWS and on-premises contexts.

You will mentor development teams, create architectural docs (arc42, UML, C4), and translate business requirements into scalable, standards-compliant solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and the delivery teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as an AEM Architect, with in-depth AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and Multi Site Manager
• Strong knowledge of the AEM stack (Sling, Oak, OSGi) and content structures
• Excellent English communication and collaboration with stakeholders
• Ability to organize a team, kickoff projects, and support development phases
• Experience documenting architecture using arc42, UML, and C4 diagrams
• Knowledge of AWS cloud at architecture level and conducting proofs of concept

• Support the Adobe platform vision, roadmap, and continuous improvement initiatives

How you will get the job done

• designing and governing enterprise-scale solutions based on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• defining architecture standards, blueprints, and technical guidelines for the Adobe platform
• leading architecture design across AEM, AWS, CDN, and on-premises environments
• designing AEM Sites, Assets, permissions, content structures, and Multi Site Manager implementations
• providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout project delivery
• creating architectural documentation, diagrams, and solution baselines (arc42, UML, C4, sequence, and component diagrams)
• driving architecture and security governance, ensuring compliance with platform standards and best practices
• building and evaluating proofs of concept and recommending technology solutions
• cooperating with business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• supporting the Adobe platform vision, roadmap, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and experience you will need

• fluency in English
• experience gained in the position of AEM Architect
• deep knowledge of AEM in a classic setup running on Adobe Managed Services and AEM Sites, AEM Assets and Multi Site Manager, including content reuse and rollout
• strong understanding of the AEM stack, including Sling, Oak, and OSGi
• experience in building AEM components, pages, and templates
• experience in working with a design system and designing solutions based on AEM, AWS, and at times on-premises setups
• knowledge of the arc42 standard and ability to document an architecture baseline
• experience in architecture governance and security governance
• knowledge of the AWS cloud at an architecture level and proofs of concept
• ability to organize a team, kick off a project, and support teams during development phases
