Job summary

Finom is seeking an IT Solutions Engineer to build and automate the identity, device, and SaaS-governance stack. You’ll automate provisioning and deprovisioning, integrate core systems, and reinforce security controls across the environment.

You will work closely with Security, People Ops, and DevOps, ensuring reliable, scalable solutions while documenting everything for the team. This EU-based role offers hybrid/remote options across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS environments.
• Strong IAM experience: JumpCloud, SSO, SCIM, and SAML.
• MDM/UEM experience: JumpCloud MDM, Intune or Jamf.
• Automation-first mindset with practical scripting skills.
• API fluency and experience with iPaaS tools like n8n.
• Experience administering Jira Service Management and related ITSM tools.
• Clear communication in English across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build the access lifecycle automation layer across our top apps.
• Integrate core systems (HiBob, JumpCloud, Google Workspace, etc.) via REST/SCIM.
• Manage identity and access backend including SSO and SCIM workflows.
• Deliver the security controls program and enforce least privilege.
• Administer and optimize Jira Service Management and Atlassian tools.
• Own endpoint automation for JumpCloud MDM on Windows/macOS.
• Drive SaaS usage optimization and cost savings.
• Document all automation and API mappings for team-wide understanding.
• Lead end-to-end technical projects from requirements to delivery.
