Job summary

Finom is seeking an IT Solutions Engineer to build and automate our identity, HR, and device provisioning workflows. You’ll own the automation layer, integrate core systems, and drive reliable end-to-end access lifecycle processes across the enterprise.

You’ll work closely with Security, People Ops, and DevOps to set standards, document everything, and ensure security is built in from the start. A DevOps/API background and strong scripting are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in IT support, systems administration, or IT/DevOps, with hands-on Windows and macOS experience.
• Strong IAM experience: JumpCloud for SSO, SCIM, and SAML integration and debugging.
• MDM/UEM experience: JumpCloud MDM (or Intune/Jamf) for zero-touch deployment.
• Automation-first mindset with real scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• API fluency and experience wiring 2–3 systems via REST APIs or similar; n8n is a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and ITSM tools (Jira Service Management).
• Clear English communication across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Advanced use of AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the access lifecycle automation across top applications with automatic provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Integrate core systems (HiBob → JumpCloud → Tequipy → Google Workspace/Slack/Notion) via REST/SCIM.
• Configure and debug SSO/SCIM and SAML in JumpCloud; manage end-to-end SSO integrations.
• Deliver security controls automations contributing to ISO 27001, SOC 2, and DORA.
• Administer Jira Service Management and Atlassian tools to optimize internal processes.
• Develop endpoint automation for JumpCloud MDM across Windows and macOS with zero-touch deployment.
• Monitor SaaS usage and implement cost-saving automation.
• Document architectures, flows, and API maps for team-wide reuse.
• Lead technical projects from requirements to delivery and provide guidance.
