Finom is hiring an IT Solutions Engineer to build an automation-centric backend for identity, access, and device management. You will connect HiBob, JumpCloud, and other SaaS tools, and design end-to-end solutions with Security, People Ops, and DevOps.

You will own provisioning workflows, enforce least-privilege, and contribute to a SOC 2 and ISO 27001 program while reducing manual toil through automation.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in IT support, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering.
• Strong IAM experience with SSO/SCIM/SAML and IdP configuration.
• MDM/UEM experience for zero-touch deployment and endpoint management.
• Automation-focused mindset with scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash/Python).

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain the access lifecycle automation layer across core apps.
• Integrate systems into a coherent, event-driven lifecycle using REST/SREST APIs and SCIM.
• Configure and debug SSO/SCIM/SAML flows and maintain access governance.
• Implement security and compliance automations linked to ISO/27001 and SOC 2.
• Administer Jira Service Management and Atlassian tools.
• Develop endpoint automation for Windows and macOS devices.
• Identify SaaS waste and drive cost-saving automation.
• Document all automation and APIs for cross-team use.
• Lead junior technical projects from requirement to delivery.
