People Data Labs is seeking an IT and Security Specialist to help with security, compliance, tools administration, and helpdesk support for a fully remote team.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, implement audit-ready security processes, and strengthen authentication and disaster recovery practices, all while maintaining autonomy in a remote, flexible environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years in IT, Security, or Technical Operations.
• 3+ years in a fully remote environment.
• Experience executing IT roadmaps, vendor management, and migrations.
• Knowledge of IAM, authentication standards, and DR planning.
• Strong organization and project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with autonomy and ownership.
• Experience working with data via multiple delivery methods.
• AWS security (IAM, CloudTrail, Inspector, Organizations + SCP).
• SSO and IdP (Okta preferred).
• Compliance automation (e.g., Vanta).
• Basic scripting (Python, Bash).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate on IT & Security project roadmap, helpdesk workflows, and prioritization for migrations and security enhancements.
• Build and maintain automated, audit-ready security and compliance processes, procedures, and protocols.
• Work with product and engineering on security initiatives and clear project plans for complex changes.
• Administer authentication, access management, and disaster recovery for critical systems.
• Facilitate vendor relationships, evaluations, contracts, and renewals for tools spending.
• Provide hands-on helpdesk and endpoint support for a fully remote team.
