Job summary

Ajaia, a rapidly growing AI consultancy and product studio, is hiring an Information Security Analyst. The role focuses on monitoring, assessing, and improving security across multicloud (GCP/Azure) environments and compliance programs such as HIPAA and SOC 2.

You will investigate alerts, manage access reviews, and support audits in a fully remote, AI-enabled workflow. We seek candidates with 2–4 years in security operations, strong IAM, and experience with cloud security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in information security operations, monitoring, incident response or vulnerability management.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (GCP and/or Azure).
• Experience administering IAM, MFA, RBAC and conducting access reviews.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2 or similar frameworks, including evidence collection and control documentation.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.
• Proficiency with AI tools in daily workflows.

• Monitor, assess, and improve the company's security posture across cloud and internal systems.
• Handle monitoring, vulnerability management, access control enforcement, and incident response.
• Support audit preparation and compliance documentation; leverage AI tools to accelerate tasks.
