GR8_TECH is seeking a security-focused IAM professional to own and optimize employee access workflows, design standard Access Profiles, and enforce least privilege and zero-trust principles. You will partner with Talent, IT, and engineering to onboard new systems into the Access Flow platform.

You will drive automation using AI agents to reduce manual tasks, review access anomalies, and ensure SLAs are met while maintaining high security standards across the enterprise.

Competenze

• 2+ years in information security, IAM, or IT operations with access management focus.

Mansioni

• Lead and optimize end-to-end Employee Lifecycle access workflows (Onboarding / Dismissal / Change Position) with seamless provisioning and timely revocation.
