Job summary

Inetum Poland is seeking an Information Security Specialist to strengthen IAM, AI security governance, and business continuity management across the organization. You will collaborate with IT and risk teams to implement robust security controls and governance across AI lifecycles.

The role emphasizes policy integration, incident readiness, and proactive security measure development, with opportunities to influence security across the company. Hybrid work and professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• IAM concepts including identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, and least-privilege
• Interest in AI Security Governance and AI Risk Management across lifecycle
• Knowledge of ISO 22301 and BCMS topics is beneficial
• Experience with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST AI, MITRE ATLAS or similar frameworks is desirable
• Knowledge of NIS2 and EU CRA is a plus
• Understanding of telecom security and regulatory requirements (TKG) is helpful
• Professional security certifications are beneficial for AI Security and ISMS topics
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Willingness to undergo criminal record check or security background check for non-EU employees

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the integration and enhancement of the Information Security & Business Continuity Management System
• Support IAM governance and requirements development across the organization
• Assess IAM-related requirements and help define security controls
• Assist policy framework integration and business continuity/recovery planning
• Contribute to business impact analyses and protection needs analyses
• Develop AI Security Governance and assess AI use cases for security risks
• Collaborate with IT, risk, and security stakeholders to strengthen security posture
• Train internal stakeholders on security topics and the rationale behind controls
