Job summary

Flix is seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for engineering and product roles across Europe. You will partner with engineering leaders, shape sourcing strategies, and drive scalable recruiting processes.

You will build talent pipelines, analyze data, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience while advancing Flix's employer brand in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting in fast-growing international companies.
• Understand growth challenges in scale-ups disrupting industries.
• Strong stakeholder and offer management with senior leaders.
• Data-driven recruiter who tracks performance metrics.
• Experience hiring in the Polish tech market; German market a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Design, and ML/AI.
• Partner with Engineering Managers and senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks in the hiring funnel.
• Build deep talent pipelines with proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Analyze data to drive data-informed hiring decisions.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and strengthen the Flix employer brand.
• Drive cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects.
