Job summary

People More is seeking an IT Project Manager – SAP HR (HCM) to lead HR IT initiatives from Kraków or remotely. You will provide IT governance after go-live, coordinate hypercare, and drive stabilization across HR and IT teams with partners.

Ideal candidates have PM/PMO experience in HR IT, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and strong stakeholder and risk management. English and Polish are essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• PM/PMO experience in HR IT projects.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience in hypercare and post-go-live stabilization.
• Ability to coordinate activities across business teams, technical teams and external partners.
• Strong stakeholder, risk and escalation management skills.
• Independence, excellent organizational skills, and multi-topic management.
• Experience with MDI and embedded SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
• Very good English and Polish; German language skills would be a strong advantage.

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for IT Project Manager – SAP HR (HCM).

Your duties will include:

• Provide IT-side governance following the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central go-live.
• Coordinate the hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Track outstanding topics, action items, follow-up tasks, and corrective measures.
• Prioritize activities and monitor their timely completion.
• Prepare project status reports.
• Manage project risks, issues, and escalations.
• Coordinate cooperation between HR project leadership, IT teams, implementation partners, and senior management.

Requirements that must be met:

• Experience as a Project Manager or PMO in HR IT projects.
• Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience in hypercare and post-go-live system stabilization.
• Ability to coordinate activities across business teams, technical teams, and external implementation partners.
• Strong stakeholder, risk, and escalation management skills.
• Independence, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
• Experience with MDI and embedded SAP Analytics Cloud would be an asset.
• Very good English and Polish
• German language skills would be a strong advantage.
