Job summary

Experis is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate hardware and software lifecycle projects across a global enterprise. This fully remote role focuses on delivering network infrastructure upgrade initiatives with strong governance.

You will manage plans, budgets, vendors, and stakeholders, organize kick-offs, and provide regular status updates from a central project office. Start date January 2027; applicants should have infrastructure project experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Project Manager, IT Project Manager, or Infrastructure Project Coordinator.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and budget management skills.
• Experience delivering infrastructure, network, or hardware/software refresh projects.
• Knowledge of project planning, procurement, and asset management processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware and software lifecycle projects across sites.
• Manage project plans, timelines, scope, risks, and documentation.
• Serve as main contact for stakeholders and provide status updates.
• Organize kickoff meetings and coordinate global teams.
• Conduct remote site assessments and gather data.
• Support budgeting, procurement, asset tracking, and vendor management.
• Coordinate with network engineers, IT teams, suppliers, site contacts.
• Oversee hardware deliveries, schedules, and change windows.
• Arrange local support for network hardware installation when required.
• Prepare weekly status reports and assist project administration.
