Job summary

Labcorp seeks a remote German-speaking Employee Relations Partner to support teams across Poland, Bulgaria and Germany. The role conducts mid to high-level investigations, guiding managers and stakeholders to resolve complex employee relations issues while upholding Labcorp policies and regional laws.

You will collaborate with HR, legal, and leadership, contributing to a fair and inclusive workplace culture with strong communication and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desirable, preferably in human resource management or related field or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in the Employee Relations field
• Professional proficiency in German and English

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed investigations into employee relations concerns following applicable rules and policies
• Provides clear, timely communication and comprehensive reports on investigations
• Support and coach leaders in managing attendance cases
• Facilitate learning workshops and knowledge transfer to leaders
• Manage cases with the ServiceNow tool and maintain documentation
• Assist in preparing works council meetings and related documentation
• Support development of an inclusive and positive workplace culture
• Coach managers on performance improvement plans and related processes
• Partner with business leaders and HR Leaders on termination decisions
• Provide clear, concise and timely communication and reporting on investigations
