Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote German-speaking Employee Relations Partner to join our team in Poland. The role conducts mid to high-level investigations and supports HR programs across regions, including Poland, Bulgaria and Germany.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Professional proficiency in German and English.
• 2+ years of experience in Employee Relations or HR investigations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mid to high-level employee relations investigations across regions.
• Provide clear communication and reporting with supporting documentation.
• Coach leaders on attendance, performance, and conduct issues.
• Support works council processes and policy development.
• Collaborate with HR Leaders, Legal, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
