Job summary

Labcorp seeks a remote German-speaking Employee Relations Partner to join our team in Poland. The role will conduct mid to high-level investigations, manage ER programs across Poland, Bulgaria and Germany, and collaborate with management, Legal, HRBPs and external stakeholders to resolve workplace issues.

You will coach managers, develop, deliver and monitor investigations reports, and support an inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Employee Relations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts mid to high-level investigations into employee relations concerns.
• Provides clear reports and documentation for investigations.
• Coaches leaders in managing attendance and performance issues.
• Supports development of inclusive workplace culture and policies.
• Assists in works council documentation and meetings.
• Advises on terminations and manages case work in ServiceNow.
