Job summary

Worldline in Poland is seeking a Customer Project Manager to coordinate complex initiatives within Merchant Services Enterprise. You will lead end-to-end projects for Mobility & Self-Service, acting as the main contact between customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality integrations (WPI and TAPI).

The ideal candidate has proven project-management experience in payments or fintech, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, ideally within payments, fintech, or technology services.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Technical background or familiarity with API integrations (WPI/TAPI) is a plus.
• Positive, proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach to overcoming challenges.
• Excellent collaboration skills, comfortable working closely with technical and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project coordination for Mobility & Self-Service solutions, from kick-off to go-live.
• Act as the main point of contact between customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring integrations (WPI/TAPI) are implemented smoothly.
• Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure solution quality.
• Provide regular project status updates and ensure customer expectations are met at every milestone.
