Job summary

Atos seeks an experienced Input Management Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of input management processes within an electronic records system for a German public-sector environment. The role combines predominantly remote work with regular client visits in Germany, typically monthly, lasting one to two days per trip.

You will analyze intake, classification, routing, and processing workflows, gather business requirements, and help define target processes for eFile/E-Akte

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Input Management, PMO, project coordination, process improvement or related areas.
• Fluent German (C1) and English (B2+).
• Understanding of document management and digitization processes, including OCR and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and optimization of Input Management in large-scale programs.
• Analyze and improve document intake, classification, routing, and processing workflows.
• Assist digitization initiatives for daily mail and archive records.
• Gather and document business requirements for Input Management platforms.
• Create process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Coordinate communication across stakeholders and support change management.
