Qualifications

• 3–7 years in IT management, systems administration, or technical operations.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI-native workflows daily.
• Deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure and security frameworks.
• Ability to operate with high-level judgment in startup environments.
• Excellent communication to translate technical needs for leadership.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Infrastructure: design and manage internal cloud environments and SaaS stacks.
• Security & Compliance: implement rigorous security protocols for AI workflows and data.
• Operational Excellence: automate internal business solutions and CRM/CMS platforms.
• AI Native Workflows: use AI tools daily for troubleshooting and QA support.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: align with engineering, strategy, and growth teams.
• Asset Management: oversee procurement and maintenance of hardware/software for a global remote workforce.
