Job summary

SpeedlineHub, an international product-based IT company in the iGaming industry, is seeking a Middle/Senior Media Buyer to join the media buying team and work with scalable traffic across different GEOs and tiers.

You will launch, manage, and scale Facebook advertising campaigns, own traffic performance and PnL, and analyze metrics like ROI, CTR, CPM, and CPA. Collaborate with offers, creatives, agencies, and internal teams to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in media buying / traffic arbitrage.
• Deep understanding of Facebook Ads ecosystem and traffic acquisition mechanics.
• Proven experience managing monthly budgets from $50,000.
• Strong analytical mindset with performance metrics and profitability models.
• Hands-on with analytics and tracking tools: Power BI, Google Sheets, Voluum, Binom, Keitaro.
• Experience with offers, creatives, and external partners (agencies, vendors).
• High responsibility for results and readiness to work with CRM and PnL models.
• Strong communication skills and ability to give and receive feedback.
• Critical thinking, initiative, flexibility, adaptability in a fast-changing env.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and scale Facebook campaigns across Tier 1–Tier 3 GEOs.
• Own traffic performance and financial results including PnL responsibility.
• Analyze key metrics: ROI, CR, CTR, CPM, CPA, PnL.
• Scale profitable campaigns without artificial budget caps.
• Collaborate with offers, creatives, agencies, and internal teams to improve efficiency.
• Test and adapt strategies based on GEOs, offers, platforms, market changes.
• Identify bottlenecks in funnels and processes; propose optimization solutions.
• Maintain clear communication and feedback loops within the team.
