Job summary

T-Hub is seeking a Security Engineer IAM with German proficiency to install, configure, and operate One Identity Manager (Quest) from a remote setup, with quarterly visits to the Warszawa HQ. You will analyze incidents, implement integrations, and design IAM workflows while maintaining comprehensive documentation.

The role requires 1 year hands-on IAM experience, strong analytical skills, and English/German at B2 level for technical discussions.

Qualifications

1 year hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (Quest)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues
Knowledge of SQL, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server
Basic software development knowledge (VB.NET or Angular)
Understanding of Windows environments including Windows Server and Active Directory
Completed IT education or comparable qualification
Interest in IAM technologies and processes
English and German at B2 level or higher for technical discussions

Responsibilities

Install, configure, administer, and operate the One Identity Manager platform
Analyze system errors, investigate incidents, and propose solutions with vendor support
Configure and maintain integrations between IAM and target systems/applications
Design and optimize IAM functionalities, workflows, and business processes
Collaborate with requirements engineers and support IAM modelling activities
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system configuration records
Support testing activities related to interfaces, new functionalities, and process improvements
Monitor IAM environment and ensure stable platform operations
