Adapt E is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand the client base and build long-term partnerships in Zabrze, with an option for hybrid work. You will be the face of Adapt E when reaching out to potential clients and shaping business opportunities.

Responsibilities include identifying new clients, presenting our offer, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends to discover opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-driven attitude.
• Ability to present technical solutions in an understandable way.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
