Docplanner is hiring a Marketing Operations and CRM Expert (HubSpot) to manage and optimize our core marketing tech stack across European markets, with a focus on HubSpot and Salesforce integrations. You will design AI-powered workflows and scalable processes to boost marketing efficiency.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, own data quality and automation projects, and help drive GDPR-compliant marketing operations globally from a remote position in Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, computer science, business, or a related field.
• Proficient knowledge of marketing automation (HubSpot required).
• Experience with Salesforce HubSpot sync is a plus.
• Interest in applying AI to marketing operations is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize marketing systems for scalability and performance.
• Lead AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation initiatives.
• Maintain HubSpot–Salesforce sync and data integrity.
• Develop predictive lead scoring models to improve prioritization.
• Document processes and train users on best practices.
• Manage CRM records, properties, lists, and permissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify improvements.
• Ensure GDPR compliance in marketing data.
