Job summary

Pentoz is hiring an HR/Recruitment Intern for a fully remote 3-month program. You’ll participate in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and people operations, with potential progression to a paid full-time role based on impact.

Earn ₹15,000–₹40,000 per month and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech-focused company. Ideal candidates are pursuing or have recently completed HR, Business, or Psychology degrees, with strong communication, attention to detail, and a drive to learn

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in people, culture, and building high-performing teams.
• Self-starter with ability to work remotely and take initiative.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn ATS tools and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Assist in employer branding across social platforms and campus outreach.
• Contribute to HR policies, documentation, and internal communications.
• Maintain recruitment data for dashboards and analytics.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to align recruitment with business objectives.
