Responsibilities

• Recruitment & onboarding: post ads, coordinate interviews, join formalities.
• Employee data: maintain Zoho People records, update joins/exits, handle documentation.
• Attendance & leave: track attendance, process approvals, update records monthly.
• Payroll coordination: collect inputs and support salary processing with accounts.
• Exit formalities: manage exits and revoke access in Zoho systems.
