Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking a Healthie EHR Technical Support Specialist to provide system support, configuration assistance, and technical troubleshooting for users of the Healthie platform.

This remote position focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of the Healthie EHR system, including user support, setup, configuration, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate has experience supporting healthcare SaaS platforms and understands clinical workflows.

Competenze

• Experience in supporting EHR or healthcare SaaS platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience in SaaS platform or technical customer support roles.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support for Healthie EHR platform users.
• Configure and maintain system settings based on requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and user concerns.
• Support onboarding of new users, providers, or internal teams.
• Assist with system updates, feature setup, and configuration changes.
• Maintain documentation of recurring issues and resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support workflow requirements.
