Job summary

Marpai Administrators, a technology company transforming the third-party administration sector, is seeking a Customer Service Advocate to handle interactions with members, providers, and vendors via phone, fax, email, SMS and chat.

This remote role requires a minimum of 3 years in customer service, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with MS Office. You will educate members on eligibility, benefits and claims and document communications in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience in a call center is required.
• Able to communicate with all levels of people with professionalism.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Experience in medical terminology or insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming interactions from members, providers, and vendors via phone, fax, email, SMS, and chat.
• Resolve issues related to eligibility, benefits, and claims.
• Outbound follow-up with members and providers to complete tasks.
• Educate members on eligibility, benefit, pre-certification, claim information.
• Document CRM communications accurately and clearly.
