Job summary

Marpai Administrators is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee client implementations, change management, and coordination of internal operations. You will lead PBM client implementations from planning through post-implementation review, coordinating internal departments, external partners, and client stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

The role requires strong project-management skills, PBM knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of project or implementation management experience, PBM/healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of PBM components including plan designs, formularies, and eligibility.
• Exceptional client-facing communication, negotiation, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tracking tools; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple PBM client implementations from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, timelines, milestones, tasks, dependencies and status reporting.
• Coordinate implementation activities across Sales, Account Management, Finance, IT, Operations and other departments.
• Provide implementation guidance, operational information and client-ready updates to Sales and Client Services.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify improvements.
